Applying for Social Housing
Drum is not able to accept direct applications for housing and we do not have our own waiting list. All new tenants are referred to us through the local authority.
How can I be considered for a Drum property?
You should apply to your local authority. They will give you information on how to apply for social housing. Some local authorities operate Choice Based Lettings schemes and others a housing register.
All our vacant properties are either advertised through choice based lettings schemes or nominated to by the local authority concerned.
Drum currently operate in East Hampshire, Gosport, Portsmouth and Chichester.
Who can apply?
Anyone over the age of 16, although applicants under the age of 18 will need to meet additional criteria.
