Report A Repair

 

If you notice something wrong with your home you can report it to us in various ways:

  • Online via our website (please do not use if your repair is an emergency - see instructions below)
  • By telephoning customer services on 01730 403200 from 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Calling in person to our offices at Drum Court between 9.00am and 5.30pm
  • At your local Area Housing Office - see Local Housing Offices
  • You can also report repairs to a Housing Consultant or Surveyor when they call to your home.

We can offer the following time slots for repairs:

  • 8am to 4pm, or
  • 8am to noon, or
  • Noon to 4pm, or
  • The school run - 9.30am to 2.30pm

We advise you not to report new repairs or other queries to the contractors as they may forget to pass the information on to us.

Reporting Emergency Repairs

Our Customer Service Centre is open from 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and you may ring on 01730 403200 to report any emergencies during this time.

If you have an emergency after these times please ring the same number 01730 403200 and your call will be transferred to the duty standby officer who will advise you accordingly. 

Should you have a gas leak please ring the National Gas Helpline on 0800 111 999.
