Sheltered Housing

Our Sheltered Housing service offers self contained accommodation for older people who value their independence but want the security of support when needed.

• Our sheltered housing schemes are located across  East Hampshire and comprise self-contained flats and bedsits.
• There are also smaller groups of flats, cottages and bungalows in urban and rural areas.
• We have two Extra Care Sheltered Schemes that offer additional support.
• All of our sheltered schemes are linked to a 24 hour emergency call system.
• Pets are accepted where possible, so do let us know if you have one and we will do our best to find both you and your pet suitable accommodation.
• We support residents in maintaining links with the local community through luncheon clubs, keep fit classes, bingo etc.

Sheltered Housing is a key contributor to good health and assists in enabling residents to live independent and fulfilled lives.
