Paying Your Rent

Paying your rent is very important to us as your rent pays for the services we provide to you. There are several payment options available, which we list below. 

Please note that Paypoint.net is our new online payment provider and replaces all previous options. You will need your tenancy reference number which is available on your statement or from Customer Services.

• Online payment via Paypoint.net (quick and easy via a secure server)
• Cash & Cheques (payable to Drum Housing Association)
• Direct Debit
• Housing Benefit
• Standing Order
• Debit/Credit Card
• Swipe cards - Paypoints, Payzones and at the Post Office
• Bank Giro Credit
• In person at Drum Court.

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Drum Housing Association, with your name and address printed on the back of the cheque. Please allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us. Please do not send cash through the post.Contact Customer Services about any of these methods of payment.

Please note: Drum only accepts payment in Pounds Sterling
