Drum has a state of the art Customer Services Centre.
Contact the Customer Services Centre by telephone between 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, or visit Drum Court in person, between 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The Customer Services Team aims to deal with all enquiries efficiently and effectively, with 80% of telephone calls answered within 20 seconds.
