By working in partnership with you we are more likely to provide good quality services that meet your needs and aspirations. By listening to you we can improve services and make sure that we are the landlord you want us to be.

We have always played an active part in local communities and have a strong commitment to resident involvement. There are many different projects and developments on the go so there are lots of opportunities to get involved as little or as much as you'd like - from filling in a survey in the comfort of your own home or in other ways like setting up a local residents' group.
