Audit Commission Inspection Plan 2010

Drum Housing Association was inspected by the Audit Commission in January 2009 as part of their inspection programme for housing management services.

Following their inspection of Drum Housing the Audit Commission assessed the organisation as providing a fair, one star housing management service which has promising prospects for improvement. As a result of the inspection process an action plan was created to deal with the issues that the Audit Commission identified as needing further attention in their original report.
